Улучшению ГАИ нет предела
Сотрудники ГАИ скоро будут ходить по стунке, станут вежливыми с автовладельцами и пешеходами, перестанут брать взятки. Это будет результат огромной работы проведенной Департаментом ГАИ МВД Украины и непосредственно его начальником Сергеем Коломийцем. Наверное, сразу после такого «результата» исчезнут пробки со всех дорог, и прожиточный минимум обгонит в два раза среднюю зарплату. Вот жизнь будет! Как говорил незабвенный Чапаев: «живи и умирать не надо!».
И все это благодаря тому, что теперь на определенный номер телефона можно слать SMS и жаловаться, к примеру, на требования взяток со стороны работников ГАИ или не дай бог хамского отношения к пересичным гражданам, а того хуже – в случае больших очередей в ГАИ. В тексте нужно указать код нарушения. Таблицы с кодами будут висеть на видных местах во всех отделениях Госавтоинспекции. И главное стоимость не будет отличаться от действующего тарифа оператора мобильной связи.
Планируется ввести эту систему сначала во всех подразделениях Госавтоинспекции города Киева, а потом распространить по всем регионам Украины.
Давайте проанализируем, как будет такая мера влиять на качество работы ГАИ.
Во-первых, отправитель в сообщении должен указать должность и фамилию работника милиции, на которого жалуется. Если не указать эти данные, то грош цена такому SMS, даже если оно стоит по тарифам операторов связи. Представьте себе, что пришло сообщение на центр связи ГАИ: «нарушение № 333 в Крыму» от абонента 111111111. А это всего навсего перекрыли половину полуострова когда Президент приехал, и естественно создали пробки на выездах из городов и поселков «всесоюзной здравницы». Полный бред.
Во-вторых, они для подтверждения перезванивать будут? Да некоторые ради того, чтобы обвинить определенного человека и пакет новый купить могут и красиво рассказать про нарушение.
В-третьих, начальникам, сколько времени в день понадобится, чтобы только прочитать эти сообщения, а будут их легионы. Или они колл-центр создадут с замами и секретаршами?
В общем, это сильно напоминает кампанейщину, к которой питают пристрастие наши начальники от мала до велика (бандитам-тюрьмы, звонки про взятки, реформа ЖКХ и т.п.). Но блажен кто верует, может хотя бы на микрон улучшится отношение ГАИ к населению. Хотя надо им зарплату платить по соцопросам в регионе – повысилось доверие населения за месяц к работникам ГАИ – пожалуйте в кассу. А жаловаться в ГАИ на ГАИ – пустая трата времени и нервов.
